To paint well on fabric with Faber-Castell Textile Markers, you'll need a flat, unwrinkled surface. Place the piece of cardboard inside the shirt and secure snugly with pegs. This will keep the fabric wrinkle-free and will also protect the back from stains if the markers bleed through.

First, draw the spider and the spider's web lightly with a pencil. This will disappear the first time you wash it.
