Refill instructions for Graf von Faber-Castell Propelling Pencils:

 

1. Remove the front piece or the grip zone from the barrel by turning counterclockwise.

2. Remove the metal lead holder from the front piece by turning the lead holder counterclockwise.

3. Remove the cap from the metal casing.

4. Refill leads at the top using no more than 5 leads. If more leads are used this may cause a jam. 

5. Replace the cap on the metal lead holder.

6. Return the metal lead holder to the front piece by turning the lead holder clockwise until secure.

**NOTE**  The lead will NOT advance properly unless the metal lead holder is secure in the front piece.

7 Return the front piece to the barrel of the pencil by turning clockwise until secure.

8 Twist the cap to advance the leads.

9. Enjoy your Premium Writing Instrument!

Refill Instructions for Graf von Faber-Castell Ball-Point Pens:

 

1. Remove the front piece or the grip section from the barrel by turning       
   it counterclockwise.

2. Remove the empty ball-point refill from the barrel.

3. Insert new Faber-Castell refill into the barrel.

4. Return the front piece making sure the spring is centered and the tip of
   the refill slides into the middle of the spring.

5. Secure the front piece by turning clockwise until fastened to the
   barrel. 

6. Twist the cap to advance the refill.

7. Enjoy your Premium Writing Instrument!

Refill Instructions for E-motion Pens:

 

1.  To change the refill: Remove the front piece by turning counterclockwise. 

2.  Remove the empty refill and replace it with a new Faber-Castell refill. 

3.  Return the front piece making sure the refill is inserted into the center of the spring in the front piece. 

4.  Secure the front piece to the barrel by turning clockwise. 

Refill Instructions for E-Motion Pencils:

 

1. Remove the remaining piece of lead by turning clockwise until a click is heard.

2. Retract the mechanism ten turns counterclockwise.

3. Remove the front part of the pencil.

4. Take any spare lead from the barrel.

5. Replace the front part of the pencil.

6. Insert pencil lead firmly into front end until it holds.

7. Retract the lead by turning counterclockwise.
