The pencil will only take 0.7mm lead.

 

Is there a warranty for the Porsche Design items?

There is a lifetime warranty. If there is a problem, which falls under the warranty, the instrument will be repaired at no charge. If the item is discontinued and under warranty, a comparable item may be offered in its place. (Please see warranty information).

 

Can I purchase a replacement nib for my Porsche Design Fountain Pen?

Replacement nibs are available for purchase.

 

Can I exchange my nib for a different nib width?

The only time a nib may be exchanged at no cost to the consumer is when the pen has not been filled with ink or used at all.

 

Can I use other manufacturer’s refills for my pen or pencil?

We recommend that you use a Faber-Castell refill in order to experience the ultimate pleasures of fine writing. Using a Faber-Castell refill will also ensure the life of the warranty on the instrument.

 

What ink colors are available for the Porsche Design pens?

Royal Blue or Black ink.

 

What is the finish on the Porsche Design Aero Instruments?

Aluminum.

 

Why is the metal lead holder for my Porsche Design pencil not advancing lead correctly?

You may need to adjust the holder into place.  Make sure that the metal lead holder is screwed all the way into the mouthpiece.
