Drawing on the sandpaper

Draw using a black pencil on sandpaper. Colour your drawing using Faber-Castell crayons. Cut out the sand paper into several different parts to make a sort of jigsaw puzzle. After that, glue the pieces onto a white poster board to give your original drawing a special 'look'.

Discover new textures using Faber-Castell's crayons

Use a blank sheet of paper and look for surfaces with different textures such as wood, cement, flagstone, grating and others. Place the paper onto the chosen surface and colour it with Faber-Castell crayon. Try to use the crayon in the horizontal position and check the range of effects that you can get.

Painting with patterns

Get a piece of poster board and draw hearts, animals, stars or whatever you want. Cut them out and put them under a blank sheet of paper. Then colour the entire sheet surface using the Faber-Castell Jumbo Crayons. Your shapes underneath the paper will produce patterns.
